A key lets Claude spend this wallet's MCP balance, and nothing else: it cannot move USDG out of your wallet. Creating one asks your wallet for a free signature.

Add MAKE as a custom connector. The button opens Claude with the name and URL filled in; or go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the URL.

How am I charged?+
Each render costs what it costs in the studio: the upstream model price plus MAKE's fee, per image or per second of video. Claude can quote any render before it starts. The balance is topped up in USDG over x402, one signature and no gas.
What if a render fails?+
A render that fails, is moderated or is never accepted is refunded to your balance automatically, in full. get_balance shows every charge and refund.
Is the API key safe to give Claude?+
The key can only spend the MCP balance you topped up; it cannot move anything out of your wallet. Only a hash of it is stored. If it leaks, revoke it here with one signature and create a new one.
Which clients work?+
Claude.ai and Claude Desktop (custom connector), Claude Code, Cursor and any client that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP. Without a key the server still lists models and prices.
Can I use my own images?+
Yes. Give Claude a public JPEG or PNG link; import_image stores it and the render uses it as a character, product or first frame on models that take references.
